Points are automatically added to your account after your order is confirmed.
- Register Reward Point : 120 point
- Leave comments : 18 points for each product.
- LA Local Pickup Reward : 180 point
- Purchase point : 3% cash value of Reward points of total purchase amount.
Point exchange rate is 100 point for USD $1.00.
For example, if you spend $100.00 at our store, you can get 300 reward points of $3.00 cash value.
Actual Points which can be Redeemed may differ based on Tax Configuration.
Product review reward points only for reviews made by purchased user and just applied once per each product.

Q How can I use my points?
A After log-in your account, you can apply your points in cart to process checkout order. You may use full or partial amount by manually entering a reward points.
Q Can I use reward points with other promotions?
A Yes, you can use your points at any time during purchase process.
Q What happens to my reward points, if I make a return?
A If you return an order, the reward points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.

We don’t have minimum order policy for wholesale customer. Just free shopping, when you or your customer need.
For your convenient, we allow reserve merchandise. If you plan to pick-up or shipping within 2 weeks, we don’t charge any security deposit.
Just out of stock items in local inventory will be ready to ship between 1 and 5 business day. It is up to our nationwide inventory status. We will answer available status within 1 business day. If items sold out everywhere and required order factory, We will give you time schedule and request 50% non-refundable deposit. We do not request minimum order if it is continued item.
Discontinued and out of stock items require 3 dozen minimum orders and it will require 4 – 8 weeks for delivery. Any special orders will require 50% non-refundable deposit and it will need customer’s consent. Full amount has to be paid prior to delivery. Customer will be obligated to pay in full in any condition.
We offer free shipping on orders over $300 USD within the US. If you spend below $300, Shipping fee is vary base on total purchase amount.
- Below $100 : $19.00 Flat rate
- $101 to $200 : $29.00 Flat rate
- $201 to $299 : $39.00 Flat rate
We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed where orders placed before 13 PM PST. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 2 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock. The store credit will be issued to customer’s account with any out of stock items or adjustment of shipping fee.
Shipping is done by either USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight of the item(s) or size of box(es).
Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Furthermore, any shipments returned “REFUSED” for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made.
If you have account of specific carrier company located in LA downtown area and want to delivery to it, we can delivery to the carrier company free.
FashionFantasia.com ships worldwide therefore international orders are welcome. However, when placing the order, please keep in mind of the relatively high shipping cost to your location.
Store Pick-up, Layaway Option
We are accepting store pick-up option. You should be pick-up with in 20 days after finish your order processing. We do not have any responsibility failing to pick-up within pick-up time allowance.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving order. We do not accept returns for products other than defect or damaged during transit. Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee from the total invoice amount in addition to the shipping charges for both ways. We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our website price list, catalog or invoice.
If products have defects or damage during transit, you may claim it within 7 days of receiving order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with company info, invoice number, and detail reason for return/exchange prior to returning package to get return authorization. Only after issued return authorization number, you can return damaged items. Returned items should be new and unused condition except damaged part.
