Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for back-order and special order may take longer, details of which can be found your order detail note and your email. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock. The store credit will be issued to customer’s account with any out of stock items or adjustment of shipping fee. Shipping is done by either USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Expedited shipping exceptions

We only offer expedited shipping within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Wholesale Customer Shipping exceptions

We offer free shipping for wholesale on order s over $300 USD within the continental US.

You can cancel your order follow steps

Cancel my order by Shipping delivery option. (within 2 hours after finished order)

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go under the Dashboard > my order menu and select your order #
  • Under order detail table, you can figured out order cancel link.
  • Click on the order number and select the items you’d like to cancel.

Except shipping delivery option, you should be notice us by email or contact us.

We are accepting store pick-up option. You should be pick-up within 20 days after finish your order processing. If you want to change delivery option to shipping, just let us know using contact us request. We will help you to find best way for you.

We do not have any responsibility failing to pick-up within pick-up time allowance.

We have 15 days return policy after you have received merchandise. All return & refund request should be claimed within 15 days.All returned items should be unused, unworn, and original like new condition with attached tag and package.

Non-returnable items only request return about damaged during transit.

Return restrictions

  • we do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Q How to request return?

A To start return process, You have to request return in the your order list in the Dash Board. It will activated within 15 days after delivered. 

Damaged items – Send detail damage information including picture. It will help us quick determined. After review, we will send prepaid UPSP return label.
Changed mind – 

Q Received damaged items but want to keep it.

A If you have received damaged item, which can be fixable or you want to keep it, simply contact us. We will give affordable discount. It will be paid by our point system. You can use it next order.



When you place an order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.

If you cancel an order, the time required to remove the authorization is determined by the financial institution that issued your card. Here are estimated time frames for common payment refund.
